The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee coordinates with and advises PSRC staff, policy boards, and other advisory committees on a variety of bicycle and pedestrian-related planning issues. Representatives from member jurisdictions, bicycle and pedestrian interest groups, and citizens from the central Puget Sound region are welcome to attend.

The committee meets the third Wednesday of each month, from 10 a.m.- 12 noon. Meetings in the odd months are for general attendance. Meetings in the even numbered months are technical meetings held as-needed, and all are welcome to attend. The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee provides input on the following topics:
- Best practices for developing bicycle and pedestrian-friendly communities
- Design guidelines for regional growth centers and transit station areas
- Plan implementation and performance monitoring
- Methodologies for measuring bicycle and pedestrian demand
- Outreach and education on the value and benefits of non-motorized transportation
- Transportation Improvement Program project selection policy framework
- Enhancements Program project selection policy framework
- Comprehensive plan certification and review process
