The regional Fair Housing and Equity Assessment will use maps and data analysis to identify segregated areas and areas of increasing diversity and/or racial/ethnic integration and racially/ethnically concentrated areas of poverty. The subcommittee will also look at access to existing areas of high opportunity, the impacts of major public investments on protected classes, and the adequacy of fair housing services and activities in the region.
