Puget Sound Regional Council

The Transportation Operators Committee (TOC) is the primary forum for discussing and resolving issues of common concern and/or interest to the public transportation operators in the four-county Puget Sound region. The TOC advises the Transportation Policy Board, and includes representatives of the public transit agencies in each county, Sound Transit, the City of Seattle, and the state Department of Transportation’s Ferry Planning Office, Urban Mobility Office, and Transportation and Rail Division.
