The Puget Sound Regional Council General Assembly is composed of all elected officials representing PSRC members, including King, Kitsap, Pierce and Snohomish counties, 71 cities and towns, the region’s port districts, transit agencies, and tribes. Each member of PSRC is a voting member of the General Assembly. At least once a year, the Assembly meets to vote on major regional decisions, approve the budget, and elect new officers.
