PSRC approved a list of projects to receive funding from PSRC’s Job Access & Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom funds from PSRC’s Coordinated Grant Program. PSRC will distribute about $2.5 million in special needs transportation funding to 23 projects. PSRC must have an adopted Coordinated Transit-Human Services Plan in order to distribute JARC and New Freedom projects for special needs transportation.
