The Puget Sound Regional Council (Regional Council) has established a revised Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program goal in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26.

The Regional Council has established an overall goal of 18.73% of the Federal financial assistance it will receive. The Regional Council estimates it will meet this entire goal through 100% race neutral means.

The program and rationale will be available for review for 30 days following the date of publication (December 21, 2007). The Regional Council will accept comments on the program and rationale for 45 days following the date of publication.
