Products that require additional staff effort to develop. These include reformatted data, analyses, or maps, and larger research projects. Custom Data requests that can be answered with a short phone call are free. All other requests are subject to fees.

1.	Requests for custom data products must be submitted in writing.
2.	Users must credit Puget Sound Regional Council as the source.
3.	All data users must agree data will be used ONLY for purposes stipulated in the data request.
4.	Members' custom data requests have priority over non-members.
5.	Data requests will be answered in accordance with state and federal laws.
6.	Non-members will reimburse the PSRC for the cost of all data preparation. Costs include any combination of salary, direct costs and reproduction, and must be paid in advance.
7.	Members receive most custom data requests free. Large custom data requests will be paid for under a separate contract. Consultants requesting data to fulfill work for members must have the member submit the request.
