Each file reports, by census tract, authorized new units, demolitions/lost units, net total units, net single family units, net total multifamily units, net multifamily units in 1-2 unit structures including accessory dwelling and apartment units, net multifamily units in 3-4 unit structures, net multifamily units in 5-9 unit structures, net multifamily units in 10-19 unit structures, net multifamily units in 20-49 unit structures, net multifamily units in 50+ unit structures, net mobile or manufactured units, and net other housing units.
