Population, Households, and Housing Estimates Data These data files contain annual April 1 estimates of population and other demographic characteristics by census tract for the central Puget Sound region. Each file reports, by census tract, the base year U.S. Census housing unit count, the estimated change in housing units between the base census year and estimation year, and postcensal estimates of housing units, vacancy rate, households, average household size, household population, and total population for the given estimation year.
