What is an RSS feed?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an easy way to see updated content from your favorite websites and blogs without having to visit each site. Using an RSS reader, you subscribe to a feed, then read any new content that has been added to the site. If you find an article that interests you, simply click on the headline to read the complete article. RSS readers collect feeds from various sites into one place that you can manage. Our RSS feed will notify you of the latest PSRC publications and data products, and provide links for you to reach them.

How do I start?

First you must get an RSS reader. RSS readers are programs that display the contents of an RSS feed in an easy to read format. To subscribe to a feed, follow the instructions in your RSS reader to add the feed to your list.

Some RSS readers:

Bloglines
Feedly
Newsblur
The Old Reader
