Concurrency Laws
The laws related to concurrency are primarily found in the Growth Management Act, in the section related to required elements of comprehensive plans, specifically the transportation element. However, other sections of the law - as well as sections of the Washington Administrative Code - are relevant and are listed here. Italics are provided to highlight key sections of the code.

Note that these sections of the code are up to date as of December 2002.
