Industrial Land Supply and Demand in the Central Puget Sound Region
February 1998

Industrial Lands cover

This report summarizes the results of a study of long-term industrial land supply and demand in the central Puget Sound region. While studies such as this one tend to look at the past few years as a guide to the future, this is only a snapshot in the evolution of industrial development. The nature of industrial land uses has changed significantly during the past 150 years and will likely continue to change. This makes estimating future needs for industrial land difficult.
