A review of regional demographic, economic, and housing characteristics and trends relevant to growth management. Population, Employment and Housing: 2003 Update
A data update to the Population, Employment and Housing, 1995-2000 report is available as an Excel spreadsheet. This file contains tables and charts from the original report, with updated data through 2003. It also introduces new information on subarea housing stock trends by structure type that were unavailable for publication in the 1995-2000 edition (August 2002). A full updated report is forthcoming.
Note: All employment data reported in this 2003 Update has been converted from the former Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system to the new North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). As a result, the estimates may differ slightly from those reported in the 1995-2000 edition. Table 4 "High-Tech Employment: 1995 and 2000-2003" remains unavailable, but will be released after remaining SIC to NAICS conversion issues have been resolved.
