    Volume 1 contains a description of the Preferred Alternative, identifies the environmental impacts associated with the Preferred Alternative, and identifies appropriate mitigation measures. Volume 2 contains the comment letters received on the Draft EIS and responses to those letters.     Addendum to the Environmental Impact Statement  [pdf]
    The addendum describes the environmental review conducted for an amendment to Destination 2030 which added three new transportation projects. It concludes that adding the projects to the plan would result in no new or significantly different environmental impacts beyond those covered in the original environmental review.
