PSRC's Project Selection Process New In the coming months, we will use this space to provide news and progress reports about the 2010-13 TIP development process, including the 2009 project selection process for PSRC's federal funds. Project Selection Task Force The Transportation Policy Board authorized creation of a Project Selection Task Force, consisting of volunteers from both the Transportation Policy and Growth Management Boards. The purpose of the Task Force is to provide guidance and direction on the policies and procedures for the 2009 project selection process. Recommendations from the Task Force will be presented to the full Transportation Policy Board, with approval of the 2009 Policy Framework for PSRC's Federal Funds scheduled for January.
Schedule for 2009 Project Selection for PSRC's Federal Funds 2008 Major Amendment to the TIP The October 30, 2008 Executive Board meeting has been canceled. The Transportation Policy Board at its meeting on October 9 unanimously recommended Executive Board approval of the 2008 Major Amendment to the TIP. However, due to the October cancellation the Executive Board adoption of the amendment is now scheduled for December 4. Any additional public comments may be made at the beginning of the meeting which starts at 10:00 a.m. To learn more about the TIP Major Amendment and the comments received, use the following links:
