2009 Project Selection Process for FFY 2011-2012 PSRC Funds The 2009 Call for Projects was issued on February 2 with final adoption of the 2010-2013 TIP scheduled for Executive Board action on October 22, 2009. The schedule and all pertinent information can be found below. STP, CMAQ and FTA funds are distributed approximately every two years through a project selection process. The Policy Framework describes this process more thoroughly. The TIP also contains regionally significant projects using other funding sources. In years without a project competition, agencies have an opportunity to submit these projects to the "Air Quality Amendment to the Regional TIP."
