Issue Papers PSRC is preparing a series of issue papers exploring key themes that emerged during the public outreach and comment phase. They will be posted here as they are completed. They include recommendations for possible new directions that the region might take, and which will be explored further in the draft vision alternatives and draft environmental impact statement (DEIS), expected in early 2006.
