The central Puget Sound region has just become the proud owner of a new comprehensive plan for transportation called Destination 2030. Traffic is bad. We could cite statistics. But you know that already. Destination 2030 will have very real, tangible impacts on traffic and our quality of life, and it's important that we put it in place piece by piece over the next 30 years.
