In 2009, PSRC completed the Regional Passenger-Only Ferry Study and adopted Resolution EB-09-01.

These efforts identified potential new ferry routes and called for the region to improve ferry service in a number of ways.

PSRC is working with ferry service providers and other interested parties to advance the concept of a regional passenger ferry system.
