The 2010-2013 TIP was approved on January 11, 2010. Amendments since then are posted here each month.

Routine Amendments

These files are provided as supplemental information. Once approved, all amendments are added to the TIP project list (Appendix A).

Routine Amendments are conducted monthly, except November and December, and include new projects or modifications to existing projects that do not trigger a new TIP air quality conformity finding. The annual Air Quality Amendment includes those regionally significant project additions and modifications that do require a new TIP air quality conformity finding.

Application to Amend TIP

There are two paths for processing monthly Routine Amendments:

  • Projects approved by the Transportation Policy and Executive Boards
  • Projects processed administratively by Regional Council staff

New projects and existing projects adding a future phase must go through the Board cycle. Once approved, these projects are included in the following month’s Routine Amendment. Exceptions to this rule are maintenance and replacement projects with a total project cost less than $2 million. These projects are exempt from Board approval and are processed administratively. Quarterly summaries of these projects will be posted here:

January through March 2012
October through December 2011
July through September 2011
April through June 2011
