2021 Legislative debrief at Transportation Policy Board

Coordinated Mobility Plan update

Washington State Representatives Jake Fey and Emily Wicks will debrief the Transportation Policy Board on the results of the 2021 Legislative session and transportation related activities.

Numerous bills related to transportation activities were passed during the 2021 session, including appropriations for the state 2021- 2023 biennial transportation budget, and groundbreaking legislation with direct ties to PSRC’s planning efforts – including climate change and housing initiatives. In addition, new multi-year transportation funding packages were also introduced and debated as part of the 2021 Legislative session.

The board will also be briefed on the work and outreach conducted as part of the development of PSRC’s Coordinated Mobility Plan, which identifies mobility needs of people requiring specialized transportation services.
