Everett VISION 2050 Open House

Share your thoughts about the draft plan

Come join us in Everett! PSRC is hosting an open house on the newly released draft of VISION 2050 on Monday July 29.

Please drop in, have a cookie, and speak with planners about your ideas to create a healthy and dynamic region for decades to come!

VISION 2050 will be the region’s plan to guide growth, enhance quality of life, and support a robust local economy.

The public comment period on the draft VISION 2050 will run through September 16, 2019.

The region is growing. New residents are moving to Snohomish County daily. A new regional employment center—the Cascade Manufacturing Industrial Center—was recently designated in the cities of Marysville and Arlington. This manufacturing cluster is expected to generate 17,000 additional local jobs in Snohomish County by 2040. Improving the balance between where people live and where they work is one of the plan’s many strategies to create a more livable region.
