Farewell to the viaduct

Let's talk navigating Seattle

The January 11 closure of the Alaskan Way Viaduct will be the primary discussion topic at the January 10 meeting of the Transportation Policy Board.

The coordination of traveler information will be part of the briefing.

WSDOT, the City of Seattle and King County Metro have been working together to provide information to the public on mobility options during and after the closure, including some new and innovative on demand services.

The Board will be briefed on the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency’s examination of a regional clean fuel standard.
