Transportation board will recommend supplemental funding action

Redmond's Central Connector is on the list for contingency funding
The Transportation Policy Board will make a recommendation on supplemental Federal Highway Administration funding for projects on PSRC’s adopted contingency lists at its meeting on April 8, 2021.
A briefing will also be provided on the delivery status of 2021 projects, including requested extensions. The supplemental funding action is designed to help ensure the region meets its 2021 project delivery targets.
The board will also have an opportunity for small group discussions on how to address safety in the Regional Transportation Plan.
For the safety discussions, board members will meet in small Zoom breakout groups. These sessions are open to the public, but will not be web streamed as simultaneous discussions will take place. Call-in instructions will be provided during the meeting.
