Public Participation Plan finalized

Changes coming to comment periods at PSRC meetings

PSRC has finalized its Public Participation Plan after a 45-day public comment period.

You can find the new plan and an accessible word version on PSRC’s website.

PSRC's Public Participation Plan was updated to simplify public comment at PSRC meetings and reflect improvements to the accessibility of documents posted on PSRC's website.

Starting in January, a regular public comment period will only be provided on the agendas of the Executive Board, Operations Committee, Economic Development District Board, Transportation Policy Board, Growth Management Policy Board and General Assembly.

Public comment must be in reference to a specific action or discussion item on the agenda.

Public comment periods will not be provided at meetings primarily composed of staff, such as the Regional Staff Committee, Regional Project Evaluation Committee or Transportation Operators Committee.
