Regional demographic and data trends

Paine Field, Snohomish County
The Regional Aviation Baseline Study will be the main topic of discussion at PSRC's upcoming Executive Board meeting.
PSRC received $1.6 million from the FAA for the study, which will provide a clear picture of the aviation activities and needs in the region, build on recent airport master planning efforts, and set the stage for future planning. The Executive Board is overseeing the study.
The board will also see new data on regional demographic and transportation trends. Trends include:
- Job growth remains strong
- Sea-Tac Airport continues its historic growth in passenger volumes
- The amount of time people spend commuting to work continues to grow
