Learn how to use the Build Here, Puget Sound! Housing Tool, featuring a live demo, a catered lunch, and a hands-on tabletop exercise!
Build Here! is the Puget Sound Regional Council’s (PSRC) new housing platform designed to provide equitable access to localized housing data and support faster, better-informed decisions across the development community.
Bringing together regional zoning data, a developable land inventory, feasibility analysis, and parcel-level housing projections, the tool empowers practitioners across King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties to identify sites, inform policy, and streamline development.
