This committee serves as a forum for discussing and resolving issues of common concern to public transportation operators in region. The TOC advises the Transportation Policy Board, and includes representatives of the public transit agencies in each county, Sound Transit, the City of Seattle, and the state Department of Transportation’s Ferry Planning Office, and Public Transportation Division.
