The Growth Management Policy Board will meet on Thursday, October 6.
On the agenda:
- PSRC adopted the Regional Housing Strategy in February 2022. Staff are developing a report to monitor strategy implementation. The board will enjoy a first look at data and case studies used to monitor progress and identify opportunities for additional work.
- Staff are working on a legislative agenda for the 2023 session. The board will be briefed on the process to adopt a legislative agenda, and will be asked to provide feedback on identified advocacy areas.
- PSRC is developing a Regional Equity Strategy. Staff have been working with the Equity Advisory Committee to develop resources to center equity in planning. The board will be briefed on available planning resources to support comprehensive plan updates due in 2024.
