PSRC is hosting a TOOLBOX session on Transportation Safety Planning. In 2023, PSRC received two Safe Streets For All grants, totaling $7.7 million, from the US Department of Transportation to support the development of the Regional Safety Action Plan.
In May 2025, the Regional Safety Action Plan was adopted, and work has begun in many communities around the region to implement safety improvements. At the TOOLBOX session, PSRC staff and local jurisdictions will update participants on the work underway, lessons learned and best practices.
The session will take place on Friday, November 7, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. on Zoom. One (1) AICP CM credit will be available to those who attend the live session.
