The Regional Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Plan has been developed in accordance with RCW 70A.15.4020(6) and is consistent with rules established by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Although PSRC is not a direct implementer of CTR programs, it does establish goals and targets for jurisdictions and organizations competing for CTR funding.
