PSRC releasing SEPA addendum related to Regional Transportation Plan
SEATTLE – To support the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan, the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) has prepared an addendum to the VISION 2050 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) and is adopting the SEIS as part of the issuance of the addendum pursuant to the provisions of WAC 197-11-630.
The addendum summarizes and analyzes information on project additions and changes included in the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan, discusses the potential environmental impacts associated with the updates, and identifies differences in impacts from what was identified in the SEIS. PSRC’s General Assembly is expected to take final action on the Regional Transportation Plan on May 28, 2026.
