Every four years, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) review PSRC's transportation planning process. The Planning Certification Review ensures that PSRC's work meets all federal laws and requirements and keeps federal funds flowing to the region.

- Public Participation Plan (PPP): PSRC's plan for public outreach and engagement on regional planning activities
