Funded by a grant from Amazon, Build Here! brings together zoning data, developable land inventory, feasibility analysis and parcel-level housing projections across all four counties in one accessible place.

The events will provide an opportunity to learn about the tool from the creators and practice using the tool with a collaborative tabletop game using real regional data.
We expect both events to run out of registration space; waitlists will be available in case of cancellations.
November dates for Kitsap and King counties are in development. Stay tuned for registration information for those events.
The goal of the Build Here! housing tool is to provide a shared analytical foundation — a common resource that the region’s housing development ecosystem can access and trust to help evaluate sites for affordable housing, prepare legislative testimony, conduct research and more.
