It takes into account current or new revenue sources that can be reasonably expected during the life of the plan, and the unique circumstances of project sponsors, including our region's cities, counties, local transit agencies, Sound Transit, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), and the Washington State Ferries (WSF).
