Environmental impacts considered per the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
To support the plan, an addendum to the VISION 2050 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) has been prepared and adopted pursuant to the provisions of WAC 197-11-630. The addendum discusses the potential environmental impacts of the plan and identifies differences in impacts from what was identified in the SEIS. A memo to PSRC's Executive Board [PDF/3.2MB] for their December 5, 2024 meeting discussed the environmental review (see p. 24).
