The draft plan outlines strategies and investments for our region to have a green, clean transportation system that supports regional goals to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. While the transportation system historically has negatively impacted the environment, the investments in the draft plan and the transition to a zero emission transportation system prioritizes restoring and protecting the Puget Sound.
