PSRC is developing a Regional Equity Strategy that aims to make equity central to all that we do as a regional planning organization.
The Regional Equity Strategy will lead with advancing racial equity first. Studies show this is the most effective way to address all forms of inequity.
It will include data, strategies and best practices that PSRC and our member jurisdictions can put to work to create a more equitable region.
VISION 2050 is the foundation for this work. Equity is woven throughout the vision and the plan made a commitment to develop a Regional Equity Strategy as part of its implementation program.
