Centers are the hallmark of VISION 2050 and the Regional Growth Strategy. They guide regional growth allocations, advance local planning, inform transit service planning, and represent priority areas for PSRC's federal transportation funding.
Environmental Justice looks beyond the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to examine the effects of federally funded programs on low-income and other vulnerable populations and help ensure no disproportionate impacts occur on those populations.
