We want to hear from you!

The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) reflects the transportation needs of residents and workers in the central Puget Sound region, and guides the decision-making and spending carried out by our state and local governments, transit agencies and ports.

To prepare the draft plan, PSRC staff conducted detailed analyses of our current and future transportation network, and collected feedback at board and committee meetings, community meetings, open houses, focus group interviews, surveys, and direct outreach. You can review the plan, detailed analyses and background information on the Draft Regional Transportation Plan page.

The public comment period has closed, but you can still provide feedback on the plan.

Attend a board meeting!

  1. Review the draft plan and supporting documents.
  2. Attend a Transportation Policy Board or Executive Board meeting and sign-up for public comment.
  3.  Watch our transportation network grow!

I’ve given feedback. What’s next?

PSRC staff will share feedback with the Transportation Policy Board. Comments received and staff responses will be shared on the Share Feedback page. The board will direct staff to refine the draft plan before recommending it for adoption by the General Assembly. The General Assembly is expected to adopt the plan at it's annual meeting in May 2026.

Want to help us get the word out about the plan? We encourage you to invite your colleagues, friends and family to review and provide feedback on the plan. We've developed an Outreach Toolkit to help you share the news.
