Explore the Plan
We've heard from you!

Throughout 2025, PSRC staff conducted detailed analyses of our current and future transportation network and collected feedback at board and committee meetings, community meetings, open houses, focus groups, interviews, public surveys, and direct outreach.
A draft Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) was developed and published for a public comment period that extended from December 15, 2025, through February 2, 2026.
PSRC reviewed the feedback, categorized the comments, and crafted responses, which were shared with commenters and PSRC’s boards. At the direction of PSRC’s boards, the draft documents found through the RTP Engagement Hub landing page have been edited to reflect PSRC’s responses to the comments received.
You can review what we heard, along with PSRC responses, in a comment summary table that breaks out individual comments by type:

Comments submitted through the RTP Engagement Hub web form were incorporated directly into the comment summary table. Original comment letters and emails can be found on the Comment Letters and Emails page.
