Project Selection

PSRC selects projects to receive funding from the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration. At the start of each funding cycle, PSRC’s Executive Board adopts a Policy Framework to guide the project selection process in support of the region’s long-range plans: VISION 2050, the Regional Transportation Plan and the Regional Economic Strategy.

The primary project selection process is conducted on a two-year cycle, and smaller processes for specific funding programs are conducted in the off-years. More information and links to each may be found on this page.
